Foreign brewery company represented by the law firm won the long-lasting litigation case against State Food and Veterinary Service

The Law Firm represented one of the largest Ukrainian company in a long-lasting dispute against the State Food and Veterinary Service in Lithuania. The case concerned a ruling passed by the State Food and Veterinary Service in 2016 banning the distribution of certain client’s products in the Lithuanian market. After the case was returned by the Supreme Administrative Court of Lithuania on appeal drafted by the law firm for re-examination in the Vilnius Regional Administrative Court, the trial court after 2 years of litigation has finally ruled in favour of the client lifting the ban imposed by the State Food and Veterinary Service and awarding the client with litigation costs incurred. The ruling was not appealed by the defendant and came into force.
