• Advising a foreign investor on selling shares of a Kazakhstan company owned by a Lithuanian parent.  
• Advising of an Estonian investor and negotiation of a shareholder’s agreement in relation to a joint venture in Latvia.

• Advising an Italian company in the dispute with a local distributor regarding the outstanding debt for the goods delivered.
• Representing a Connecticut (US) law firm in recovering the unjustly received monetary funds from a Lithuanian citizen. 
• Assisting a local subsidiary of a global leader in measurement instrumentation, services and solutions for industrial process engineering in the recovery of a debt exceeding US$ 350,000 from a Lithuanian subsidiary of a global engineering company.
• Representing an Estonian company in recovery of more than US$ 2 million debt from a Lithuanian company. 
• Representing a local client in the creditors’ committee of bankrupt airline “flyLAL –Lithuanian Airlines”. 

Intellectual Property: 

• Advising a local company on registration of a trademark with the Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market (OHIM). 

Legal Opinions:

• Drafting of legal opinions on various aircraft lease and aircraft lease novation transactions addressed to Wells Fargo Bank Northwest National Association, Erste Bank, Ansett Worldwide Aviation lreland Ltd., Carawas One Corp., Small Planet Airlines and other companies.

 Litigation / Dispute Resolution:

• Acting for an Irish company against an Italian carrier in the high value litigation in the London Commercial Court concerning unpaid rent and other outstanding payments under an aircraft lease agreement. The dispute was settled in December of 2015. 
• Assisting a local investor in a dispute with a Dutch-based manufacturer of flight simulators regarding certain defects in Airbus 320-200 and Boeing 737-800W simulators. The dispute was resolved amicably according to the settlement documentation drafted by the law firm. 
• Representing a US citizen in the Court of Appeal of Lithuania in a case regarding recognition and enforcement in Lithuania of a Florida court money judgment for the amount exceeding US$34,000,000. 
• Representing a German creditor in the case against the Lithuanian Shipping Company and the Lithuanian Railways. The value of the dispute is around US$1 million US dollars.  
• Assisting a local airline in a commercial dispute with a UK-based broker concerning the brokerage fee demanded in relation to a certain aircraft lease agreement. 
• Advising a local leasing company in an insurance payment dispute related to an aircraft facing fire in Kazakhstan
• Acting for a German company in high value litigation regarding allegedly defective furniture spring holders manufactured by the German company.
• Advising a Norwegian company in a dispute with a Lithuanian recycling entity unlawfully taking advantage of its reputation and prominence. 
• Representing a local company and acting in the court proceedings for the claimed damages for the revealing certain commercially sensitive information. 
• Acting for a local airline in the commercial dispute with a foreign maintenance facility regarding invoicing and scope of aircraft maintenance work performed in relation to one Boeing 737.
• Representing a Canadian citizen in defending against the claim for damages for the alleged disclosure of certain commercially sensitive information.
• Representing a private client in a dispute with a debt recovery company regarding the debt taken by his wife.
