History of the law firm

The law firm was established in 2008 and known originally as „Šulija ir partneriai“. From the very beginning, we have providing legal services for large, medium-sized Lithuanian entities and foreign investors. Our major practices were aviation, corporate law as well assistance in complex litigation, tax and corporate matters.

In 2011, we reorganised our firm into a professional association of advocates „Šulija Partners Law Firm Vilnius“. This meant that clients could enter a contractual relationship with the association rather than its individual attorneys. 

Since reorganization, a professional association of advocates is responsible for all the work made by any of its attorneys, assistant attorneys or other employees. Šulija Partners Law Firm Vilnius is registered for VAT purposes in the Republic of Lithuania with VAT registration number LT100006362419.
