Extradition and European Arrest Warrant

We advise our clients on all aspect pertaining to the Lithuanian extradition laws, both when a person faces extradition or an European Arrest Warrant (EAW)  regarding the transfer from the Republic of Lithuania and, alternatively, when the Office of the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Lithuania submits a request to extradite or transfer under the EAW a citizen of the Republic of Lithuania or any other person for the reason that prosecution has begun or the judgment of his or her conviction has been adopted in the Republic of Lithuania.
