Crimes against consumers' interests

Certain fraud offences against consumers’ interests are not only the civil delicts, but they may trigger criminal sanctions. Fraud can be committed, for example, by selling goods of different quality, weight, composition than indicated in the supporting documents, goods whose realisation terms had been expired or otherwise.
