Sulija & Partners Advises GetJet Airlines on high profile ACMI contract

Šulija & Partners Law Firm Vilnius advised Lithuanian ACMI and charter operator GetJet Airlines on its recently signed seasonal wet-lease agreement with Etihad Airlways, the national airline of the United Arab Emirates.

Under the agreement, two Airbus A320 family aircraft from the GetJet Aviation Holdings fleet will be based at Zayed International Airport in Abu Dhabi for the Winteer 2025/26.  One aircraft will be operated by GetJet Airlines, while the second will be provided by Airhub Airlines, both members of the Group. The aircraft will support Etihad’s regional network, serving destinations including Amman, Beirut, Cairo, and Muscat.

GetJet Aviation Holdings, headquartered in Vilnius with a commercial office in Dubai, operates a fleet of 16 aircraft, including Boeing 737-800, Airbus A320, and A321 models.

Šulija & Partners provided full legal support in connection with the negotiation, and execution of the ACMI contract.
