Šulija Partners Law Firm Vilnius has advised AviaAM Leasing, a global aviation holding company listed on Warsaw Stock Exchange, on leasing of one (1) Airbus 321-211 to the Russian-based airlines - Yamal Airlines. The cooperation between AviaAM Leasing and Yamal Airlines started in 2011 and 2012 when eight Bombardier CRJ200 aircraft had been delivered. In that case back in 2011, the law firm has been negotiating the lease with Yamal Airlines as well. 

Šulija Partners Law Firm Vilnius has not only assisted on the concluding the Lease Agreement, but also consulted on all legal issues related to the delivery of the aircraft. According to Romualdas Legetavicius, Technical Director of AviaAM Leasing, "the lessee‘s aircraft modification requirements that must have been fulfilled prior to its delivery were real challenges. However, with the efforts of all team members all customer‘s requirements have been fulfilled".
