Cross-border engine lease transactions with US and Irish lessors

Our Law Firm has advised JSC Aircompany SCAT on multiple aircraft engine lease transactions with US and Irish lessors. The firm’s role included reviewing and negotiating the lease agreements, covering delivery conditions, “as-is” provisions, technical acceptance, rental and maintenance obligations, indemnity and liability clauses, insurance compliance, and redelivery conditions.
