The wife’s permit was annulled due to claims that her salary no longer met the requirements, and her husband’s permit was canceled as it was tied to hers. Despite an initial unfavorable decision, we appealed the ruling, and the Supreme Administrative Court of Lithuania agreed with our arguments. The court annulled both decisions of the Migration Department, allowing our clients to retain their residence permits and continue their lives in Lithuania.
