The law firm is representing a creditor from Italy with the claim over €180,000 in the insolvency (bankruptcy) proceedings of TRUSTCTOM FINANCIAL, UAB.
By the ruling of the Vilnius District Court as of 13 October 2022 in civil case No. eB2-1912-880/2022, an insolvency case was initiated in respect of the company TRUSTCOM FINANCIAL, UAB (the date of the ruling entering into force – 24 November 2022).
Under the laws of Lithuania, creditors of TRUSTCOM FINANCIAL, UAB must submit their creditor claims and supporting documents to the appointed insolvency administrator UAB “AVERE”.
