The law firm has advised a Lithuanian leasing company on the purchase and further lease to a Kazakh airline of two CFM56-3 engines. One engine was purchased from a Florida-based company and the other engine was purchase from a company incorporated in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
The law firm drafted the necessary sale and purchase and lease transaction documents and advised on all legal aspects of the transactions.
The value of the transaction exceeds USD 2,000,000.
