The law firm is advising an affiliated entity of a Latvian bank on the purchase of one Embraer EMB-135BJ (Legacy 650) aircraft from a Cypriot company. The law firm has drafted the sale and purchase agreement signed by both parties and is currently liaising with the escrow agent based in the USA on collecting the required information on the source of financing for the acquisition of the aircraft and other related matters.
The law firm has also assisted the client to negotiate the Aircraft operating agreement with an aircraft operator based in Estonia. The value of the matter exceeds USD 12,000,000.
