The law firm has assisted a Cypriot company on the sale of one Boeing 737-400 to a company established in Dover, USA. The law firm has advised the client on structuring the transaction, involving the escrow agent based in the USA, drafted the supporting transactional documentation and negotiated on behalf of the client with the buyer. Also, the law firm has assisted the escrow agent and the buyer in sorting out the AML requirements put forward by the client’s bank.

The value of the matter exceeded USD 2,000,000.

In January 2021, the law firm has earlier assisted selling another Boeing 737-400 to the same customer in the USA.
