The law firm has assisted two foreign entrepreneurs in their similar disputes with Revolut Payments UAB. The clients represented by our law firm were restricted from using their funds held at Revolut’s account and Revolut did not communicate with the clients properly on the reasons behind such restrictions. After our law firm has filed several complaints to Revolut and to the Bank of Lithuania supervising the activities of Revolut as payment institution in Lithuania, the access to the clients’ bank accounts was restored. The value of both matters exceeded EUR 710,000.
