The law firm advised an Estonian investor on investing into the activities of UAB Aviatic GS, a local company specialising in producing vehicle and aircraft equipment elements, and UAB Aviatic MRO, a local aircraft maintenance organisation, the value whereof exceeds EUR 1,200,000. The law firm has structured the provision of the financing for the increase of the share capital. The law firm has also assisted the companies in concluding the supporting transactional documentation and registering the increase of the share capital in the Register of Legal Entities of Lithuania.
