The law firm represented a company established in the United Arab Emirates on the finance lease of one Boeing 737-500 from one of the largest Russian state-owned leasing companies, and on further sublease of the aircraft to a Luxembourg company. The law firm has negotiated the Aircraft Finance Lease Agreement and drafted the Aircraft Sublease Agreement, as well as certain additional transactional documentation, advised the client on the risks involved and provided support during the delivery of the aircraft. The value of the matter exceeded USD 5,000,000.
