The law firm has advised a Cypriot company Airhub Aviation Limited and a local airline UAB “GetJet Airlines” on the financing of 2 Diamond DA40NG and 1 Diamond DA42-VI aircraft and 1 Diamond Convertible Flight Simulator provided by Apple Bank for Savings, a stock-form savings bank chartered under the Banking Law of the State of New York, USA.
The firm advised the borrower on the loan agreement and supporting documents, negotiated and drafted a mortgage agreement under Lithuanian law securing the financing provided by client pledging the aforementioned 3 aircraft registered in Lithuania and 1 flight simulator under local Lithuanian law, advised on the guarantee and all other related matters. The value of the matter exceeded EUR 2,000,000.
