The law firm has advised a local airline on the sale of one Boeing 737-36N to a company established in the Republic of North Macedonia. The law firm has structured the transaction, assisted the parties in resolving a possible dispute regarding the engine of an aircraft and the payment of the purchase price, collected the documents on the source of financing and otherwise represented the seller in completing the transaction. The value of the matter exceeded USD 3,000,000.
