The law firm has structured the transaction, assisted the parties in resolving a possible dispute regarding the engine of an aircraft and the payment of the purchase price, collected the documents on the source of financing and otherwise represented the seller in completing the transaction. The value of the matter exceeded USD 3,000,000.
