In 2019, the law firm has advised a Lithuanian airline and two Cypriot companies on the financing and purchase of 3 (three) Airbus A320-200 aircraft from fully owned subsidiaries of GECAS, which is one of the largest aircraft leasing company with a fleet of nearly 2,000 airplanes. 

In light of COVID-19 pandemic, the law firm negotiated on behalf of the clients, reviewed and advised on the loan documentation in relation to the amended financing terms. The value of the matter exceeds USD 40,000,000.
