The law firm acted as a joint legal counsel for two legal companies in the transaction on the sale and purchase of one Boeing 737-400 aircraft. The law firm advised the parties on the financing of the transaction, structured the transaction, drafted the necessary aircraft sale and purchase agreement, assisted the buyer on collecting the necessary KYC documents and documents on the source of funds and otherwise supported the parties in concluding and executing the transaction.
