Aircraft finance transactions

The law firm has advised UAB “GetJet Airlines” on leasing of three aircraft from subsidiaries of GECAS, an Irish-American commercial aviation financing and leasing company. It is the largest commercial aircraft leasing / financing company in the world by number of aircraft.
After the bankruptcy of Small Planet Airlines, UAB “GetJet Airlines” become one of the most significant commercial airline in Lithuania. Currently, the airline increased its fleet to 15 aircraft - four Boeing 737-300, four Boeing 737-300, six Airbus A320 and 1 Airbus A330-300 aircraft. The airline provides aircraft rental with crew, maintenance and insurance services.
