The law firm has advised Brickell Asset Management LLC, a Florida based aircraft leasing company, in purchasing one (1) Airbus 320-214 that was leased to Small Planet Airlines Sp. Z.o.o. and further subleased to Small Planet Airlines UAB. The law firm has provided a legal advice on various aspects of aircraft leasing, purchasing, including local law matters, notarization of the aircraft sale agreement, etc.
The law firm has also provided a legal advice to Small Planet Airlines Sp. Z.o.o. on various lease novation aspects and collection of the required documentation for completion of the transaction.
