The law firm has represented an Irish company owned by a US fund in acquiring one Airbus 320 aircraft from the largest aircraft leasing company and further leasing to a Lithuanian airline. The complex transaction involved work on structuring the transaction, negotiating the sale and various aspects of aircraft lease, including the local Lithuanian questions. Gintautas Šulija led the team of the law firm and have been liaising with representatives of the seller, the largest aircraft leasing company.
