The Law Firm „Šulija Partners Law Firm Vilnius“ successfully represented a foreign (Non-EU) company and initiated bankruptcy proceedings against UAB “Aksaja” on behalf of the client. The ruling to start a bankruptcy process was issued by Kaunas Regional Court on 28th February 2018. The creditors of the bankrupt company UAB „Aksaja“ have 45 days to file their creditor’s claims from the day the court’s ruling comes into force.
