The law firm was a major legal counsel and provided a full legal support to AviaAM Leasing, a Warsaw stock exchange listed global aviation holding, in arranging the delivery of eight (8) new Airbus A320 aircraft to a leading Russian airline Aeroflot. The aircraft was acquired by a leasing company Skyco International Financial Leasing.
This high-profile international legal work required close work and cooperation with English, Chinese, Cypriot, Russian, and Irish lawyers.
