Šulija Partners Law Firm Vilnius has advised a subsidiary of AB AviaAM Leasing on selling one Airbus A321-211 aircraft with an operating lease contract with Yamal Airlines to a subsidiary of GTLK Europe Ltd. Partner Gintautas Šulija and senior associate Eduard Plešak worked for AB AviaAM Leasing in this transaction.
GTLK Europe Ltd. was advised by DLA Piper London and Moscow offices. Partner Richard Skipper, legal director Philip Lamzin and associate Anna Middlebrook contributed to the successful closing of this sale purchase and lease novation transactions.
The aircraft will further be used for flights of the airline across the Russian Federation.
