The law firm has represented an intermediate purchaser in the acquisition and back-to-back sale of one Boeing 747 cargo aircraft. This complex transaction included certain arrangements with the manufacturer Boeing Company, seller, purchaser and escrow agent. The purchaser was represented by Allen & Overy Moscow office. The highlight of the transaction is that the value of the aircraft is more than US$ 140,000,000.
