Šulija Partners Law Firm Vilnius has assisted AviaAM Financial Leasing China, a subsidiary of the global aviation holding AB AviaAM Leasing, on the $500 million-worth project of delivering brand new Airbus aircraft to Aeroflot – Russian Airlines. The overall of 8 Airbus A320/A321 aircraft were delivered to the major Russian airline over the last 5 months under complex sale and lease back transactions.
The delivery of the 8th Airbus A321 aircraft to Aeroflot took place at Airbus facilities in Hamburg, Germany on the 21th of September.
