The lawyers of Professional Partnership of Advocates “Sulija Partners Law Firm Vilnius” have liaised in reaching an amicable agreement between the spouses on all provisions of the Agreement on the Consequences of Dissolution of a Marriage. The agreement deals with all issues related to the division of common joint property, fulfilment of obligations to creditors upon dissolution of the marriage and other related issues. The Vilnius City District Court has confirmed the provisions of the Agreement on the Consequences of Dissolution of a Marriage by passing a respective decision, which was never appealed by the parties and thus the entire legal proceedings on the dissolution of a marriage lasted for just about one month.
