Debt recovery proceedings

The District court of Varėna Region upheld the request of our Law Firm on determining debtor’s part in the joint ownership and ruled that ½ of debtor spouse’s income shall be held as debtor’s own personal property. As a result, the creditor represented by our Law Firm will be able to recover the amount of unpaid debt from debtor’s and his spouse’s joint ownership in absent of sufficient funds of debtor’s own property to cover the full amount of the debt.
