Representation in contract negotiations with an international software development company 

The lawyers of the law firm represented a local group of companies offering a full range of services in the field of real estate facility management, maintenance and operation, in entering into a contract with an international software development company. 

Parties have signed a binding contract agreeing to develop a unique system, which will facilitate the client in managing real estate objects, ongoing projects, providing services, and many more, resulting in client of the law firm gaining a competitive advantage in the market. The works should be carried out by the end of this year. The value of the agreement exceeds €70,000.
