Shareholders disputes

The law firm represented a local entrepreneur in a shareholders' dispute on division of shares. The courts of first and appeal instances of Lithuania were convinced by the arguments presented by lawyers of our law firm and adjudged one extra share of formerly family business to the client. The represented client ultimately gained control over the business (now having 50% + 1 share), whereas the remaining shareholder was adjudged with compensation calculated on the basis of a method proposed by the law firm.
