On 21 September 2016, the law firm has assisted an Irish company and AviaAM Leasing AB, a Warsaw stock exchange listed company, in closing of the acquisition and back-to-back sale of one Airbus 321-211.
In 2016, the lawyers of our firm have advised AviaAM Leasing AB in acquiring nine Airbus 319/ 320/321 aircraft from public joint stock company Aeroflot – Russian Airlines. The seller was advised by Baker Botts LLP Moscow office.
