The law firm advised an Irish aviation company and AviaAM Leasing, a Warsaw stock exchange listed company, on the acquisition and back-to-back sale of one (1) Airbus 321-211. The seller of the aircraft was a major Russian airline Public Joint-Stock Company Aeroflot – Russian Airlines. The seller was advised by Baker Botts LLP Moscow office.
