Aircraft leasing transactions

10 Jul 2016

The law firm has advised Grand Cru Airlines UAB on the lease of one (1) Airbus 320 -231 from an Ireland based international leasing company.  The lawyers of our firm worked as a joint local lessor’s and lessee’s legal counsel and assisted the lessor in acquisition of the aircraft from an US bank.  During the material times, the aircraft had a Lithuanian registration, thus, the sale had to be fully Lithuanian law compliant. The lessor was advised by Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP London office. The law firm continues the work advising Grand Cru Airlines UAB on the further sublease of the aircraft for ACMI flights.
