The law firm has advised and assisted Small Planet Airlines Sp. z o.o., a current operator of the aircraft, in negotiating the lease novation agreement and auxiliary transactional documentation. The law firm has also submitted the Lithuanian legal opinion in relation to the Lithuanian aspects of this transaction. The transaction covered various legal, tax and technical considerations and involved a close cooperation with two leading US law firms representing the existing lessor and the new lessor during a very tight timeframe.
