Šulija Partners Law Firm Vilnius advised Small Planet Airlines sp. z o. o. on the aircraft lease transaction regarding dry lease of one (1) Airbus A320 aircraft from Pegasus Aviation IV, Inc., a subsidiary of a US based worldwide aircraft leasing company. The transaction was governed by the English law, but it involved various legal matters linked with the US, Lithuanian, Chinese and Polish jurisdictions.
Šulija Partners Law Firm Vilnius was the major lessee's external legal counsel that advised the airline on the structure of the deal, terms of the lease and other transactional documentation. Dr Gintautas Šulija, the managing partner of the firm, and Eduard Plešak, a senior associate, worked on this transaction.
