The Law Firm has advised a foreign company and drafted the supporting documentation in a complex transaction on the acquisition and further sale of two Airbus 321 aircraft. The value of this transaction exceeded $40 million. It is anticipated that the Aircraft shall eventually be leased to a Russian operator.
This proves the Law Firm's leadership in the most sophisticated aviation transactions in Lithuania.
