The Law Firm has advised a local aircraft lessor on delivery of Boeing 737 aircraft to Kazakhstan airline for lease. During the lease term the aircraft shall sustain its Lithuanian registration while operated in Kazakhstan. The formal lease agreement drafted by the Law Firm contained customary provisions for aircraft operating lease transactions, as well as specific terms and conditions considering the imperative requirements of Lithuanian law.
