From 19 to 26 February 2013 “Šulija Partners Law Firm Vilnius“ lawyers represented a local travel agency at the Vilnius Regional Administrative Court in a case on the validity of the resolution of the Competition Council of the Republic of Lithuania No. 2S-9 dated 7 June 2012 imposing a fine on the travel agency for breaching requirements of the Law on Competition of the Republic of Lithuania and Treaty on Functioning of the European Union. On 8 April 2013 the Court has rendered its decision reducing the fine imposed on the travel agency by more than 2,2 times.
