The Law Firm has advised a local aircraft leasing company on the acquisition and further lease of Bombardier CRJ 200 LR aircraft. In the last one and a half years the Law Firm worked closely together with different stakeholders, including prominent German, Russian, and Bermudian law firms, on the implementation of this complex transaction. In general, the law firm assisted a client to deliver 8 (eight) aircraft in 2011-2013 to the relevant the Russian operator, and the value of this transaction exceeded $30 million. This proves the Law Firm's leadership in aviation transactions in Lithuania.
