The Law Firm has advised a local company on acquisition and sale of two Boeing aircraft and the finance lease of four aircraft engines to a regional Kazakhstan airline. Supporting transactional documentation drafted by the Law Firm involved two aircraft sale agreements, four interrelated engine finance lease agreements and a large number of related documentation, both in English and in Russian languages. The value of the transaction exceeded 5,000,000 US dollars.
