The Law Firm has assisted an owner of CL-600-2B19 Regional Jet aircraft in the negotiations with the US supplier on the refurbishment of the aircraft and its cabin. As a result, the commercial aircraft will be converted into the VIP business jet. The concluded agreement was governed by the English laws. The value of this transaction was more than 3,500,000 US dollars.
