The Law Firm has advised a buyer, a company based in Cyprus, on the acquisition of the aircraft on lease. The sales agreement was closed simultaneously with the lease novation agreement, according to which the new owner entered into the lease in the capacity of the new lessor. The law firm has also drafted a legal opinion on the enforceability of the lease novation with the Lithuanian laws.
