The law firm has assisted a buyer in drafting contractual documentation and accomplishing a complex acquisition of the Bombardier CRJ 200 LR aircraft. The client has separately bought two aircraft engines from different suppliers that were installed on the aircraft on sale. The lawyers worked hard in reconciling the interests of the seller and the new buyer based in the Middle Asia. Generally, the law firm has assisted in acquisition of more than ten CRJ 200 LR aircraft from different suppliers in the last year.
