Upon a request of the professional association of advocates “Šulija Partners Law Firm”, Vilnius 1st Local Court concluded that the claimant had abused the procedural rights in the case No. 2-3428-728/2012 in the course of court proceedings when damages from the travel organiser were sought. The court has adjudged 5,740,5 Litas of damages suffered by the defendant due to the legal action, and closed the proceedings.
