The Law firm has advised a local aircraft lessor on delivery of the seventh Bombardier CRJ 200LR aircraft to a regional Russian airline. The acquisition of the aircraft was financed by a major Russian bank. This is an exemplary leveraged buyout transaction concluded for the purpose of renewing the Russian aviation park and introduction of the western-built aircraft into this region.
